Cherry brandy
6 pounds lbs of black cherries & 6 lbs of red-
stone them and squeeze them into
3 Gallons of Brandy- let it stand
24 hours- strain this whole through
a canvas bag as long as any juice
will run- sweeten to your taste-
when fine bottle it for use-
