1.(Recipe)Take pill. Buffered with Calomel, mixed with powdered (pulverised) Castor leaves.
Mass. a quart of oil of Juniper, Chalybeate mixed or formed into Mass pills and you take two bits

(Recipe)Take pill. Gumossas 1 ounce, buffered with powdered Castor leaves. half chalybeate water with sulphur(powder?). Mxed with 3 and a half drams of Oil of Succini made into a Mass pill

(Recipe)Take pill. Buffered 2 scruples, 2 of Castor. Buffered with 1 scruple of (illegible) and (.. alizat). Half a scruple of Lavender, 4 Quarts of elixir of Myrrh, Compounded with a quart of Assafoetida made into a Mass pill of 3 ounces with 2 of Juniper and taken each alternate night.

Interpretation is very difficult
Calomel is mercury chloride Calomel was available in Pills or Masses. The blue mass was a solid form of calomel in which a piece could be pinched off and administered by a physician or other medical provider.
It seems as if Miss Yatman was asked to pinch off 2 bits'
Gumossas aka Gummosis(Devils Dung) is a combination of foetid gums in which asafoetida is predominant,
Asafoetida is the dried latex (gum oleoresin) exuded from the rhizome or tap root of several species of Ferula (F. foetida and F. assa-foetida). Ii grows to a height of around 2 metres.
Oil of Succini is Oleum Succini Rectificatum.
