run it through a flannel bag- let it
stand till is nearly the warmth
of new milk- meantimes put the
cowslips into a dry cask, and when
the water & c is about milk warm
pour them in with 6 spoonfuls
of ale yeast stir all overall together
- next morning put in the pecks
