Recipe for household cleaning and teeth

Raised (superscript) letters are lowered, contractions are expanded, and added letters italicised.
For cleaning Mahoganie
a pennyworth of Alkernot Root- 2 of Rose Pink. put
into a pint of cool Linseed Oil, mix them well together then stand for 24 hours- Stir the mixture when used then
with a rag rub the Mahoganie with a little of it, & after
=wards brush it well.

Clean Plate
Crocus Martis ground to a very fine powder then rub plate with it.

Wash for the Teeth
1 ounce of simple Tincture of Myrrh
1 ditt┌o┐- -ditt┌o- ditt┌o┐ of Bark
1 ditt┌o┐ of Scurvy Grass
Mix & shake in a bottle & apply to the Teeth with a brush
