Milk of Rose’s
Take one quart of Rose Water- put into the
Bottle two Ounce’s of Oil of sweet Almonds- shake
them well together for ten minutes- then pour in
half an ounce of the Oil of Tarter & continue shaking
the ingredients till well incoporated- if you find
any Oil swimming at the top- add a little more Rose Water

Oil of Tarter (per Deliquium) is Potassium Carbonate, which is hydroscopic, dissolved in the water which it extracts from the air.
